Popular #EndSARS activist, DJ Switch has reportedly departed Nigeria to Canada under an Asylum arrangement that has been approved by the Canadian government.
The young singer is set to testify before the Canadian parliament regarding the incident that took place at the Lekki toll gate during the #EndSARS protest.
The Asylum claim became necessary after the Nigerian government began an aggressive clamp down on the participants of the protests by taking actions such as putting them on a no-fly list and freezing their bank accounts.
