A Nigerian doctor based in the United Kindom (UK), Dr. Rasheed Adewole has told Daily Post in an interview that Laycon’s health status is manageable in the house until other factors set in.
His comment is on the heels of a revelation Laycon made recently in the build-up to BBNaija finals this Sunday that he’s a sickle cell patient as his genotype is SC. His disclosure dropped a lot of jaws while evoking much sympathy from all angles, although fans of the other housemates think he’s only trying to win sympathy vote judging from the timing of the comment.
On the positive side, Dr. Rasheed Adewole said nothing will happen to Laycon so far he’s not under stress or indulges in physical activities.
But it was very very unlikely Laycon would have had a crisis while on the show except he had a serious illness while in the house. Sure. But things that trigger crises are infections, stress, etc. Couldn’t have had it there though. Plus, he might have meds that he takes usually to prevent crises. And he might have had one or two check-ups lowkey. They won’t show us that.
