The making of this remarkable city begun in 2006 when the government contracted South Energyx Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Chagoury group.
They were to build a way to protect Victoria Island from flood, buts after careful research; they realised they could salvage all the lost land from the sea which had already swallowed part of Vitoria Island, hence the birth of ECO Atlantic.
They started the project in 2010 in what is going to be the business City in Africa.
